Refund policy
Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer cash refunds on your purchase. Should your ring be damaged on delivery, or you wish to change your size, please contact us and we will be glad to arrange an exchange. Kindly follow the steps below.
Exchanges:
We want you to be completely satisfied, so we will gladly exchange your purchase if you wish to change your size, if we’ve made a mistake with your order, or if your ring arrives in a defective condition. Unfortunately, purchases cannot be exchanged for a different variation, unless your original choice is no longer in stock. If there is no stock, you will be credited and notified once the item becomes available.
Warranty:
Our items carry a 30-day warranty period. Should your ring break or tear during this period, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please note that this does not apply in the following instances:
- The damage is considered normal wear and tear (such as stretching or minor abrasion);
- damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
- damage arising from electrical surges or corrosion;
- damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
- damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product.
Costs:
It is our aim to satisfy all of our customers. In the instance that we have delivered the incorrect order, your ring arrives in a poor condition, or your ring tears/breaks “unnaturally” during the warranty period, we are committed to rectifying the error free of charge.
However, if you wish to exchange your ring for a different size, kindly note that a standard cost of R120 applies, to cover the cost of collection and delivery. If you are unsure of your ring size, please check our Size Guide before placing your order. We regret this cost, but cannot afford to carry it ourselves.
Process:
To arrange an exchange of your item, please follow the steps below:
- Please email orders@three16.co.za within 7 days of your item being delivered in order to arrange an exchange.
- Please title the subject line “Exchange - your order number” to ensure that our team can prioritise your request.
- Please provide an explanation for your return, and accompany your email with a picture of the ring you wish to exchange.
- Please return the item in the original packaging.
- We will arrange a collection of the item from the original delivery address and have the new item returned to you at the soonest possible time (within 3-5 working days).
Conditions:
- We cannot offer exchanges if the 7-day deadline passes, but we invite you to email us at orders@three16.co.za to review any exceptional circumstances.
- For change of size, or exchange of incorrect items to be approved, the product cannot show signs of wear and tear.
- We are a reasonable bunch and understand how frustrating the return of an online purchase can be, so you have our commitment to make the process as stress-free as possible.
- All return decisions made by three16 (three16.co.za) or its representatives are final and governed by our terms and conditions.
